Finistere Surfski Festival
15 – 18 April 2022

Introducing the world’s first Surfski Festival held on the 16th and 17th April  aimed at bringing together leisure paddlers and new surfski paddlers. The Finistere Surfski Festival is organised in partnership with Guisseny Paddle, Barrachou Paddle and Tom Thorpe from  Surfski Dynamics . This surfski festival was born out of the need to open up surfski paddling to those who enjoy the sport, or are new to the sport, but yet aren’t ready or are not interested or ready to enter the elite competitions.

So whats included in the festival?

Guisseny is found 20 KM North Brest. April is still the off season. So the local campsites are closed.

This is a place that is still not fully developed for tourism. But that is part of its charm.

Instead there are some great bargains to be had on local gites, which are all high quality.

Get together with some friends and split the cost. You will be surprised how cheap it works out!
